«Development of SEN pupils' life skills in international environment» (Nordplus Junior)

The project aim was to develop cooperation between four general education schools for young people with special needs. The main focus of the project was pupils' preparation for independent life in modern society.

There were pupils' mobilities organised to each of the partner countries (Estonia, Sweden, Lithuania). During each mobility pupils from all three countries met together in order to compare their work, share best practices, visit social places (markets, shops, fair-day) and see how local networks of cooperation act, learn from each other. Age of the target groups of pupils was 15 - 19 years old.

The partnership was presented by Ahtme School (Estonia), ESS-Gymnasiet (Sweden) and two schools from Lithuania (Kėdainių specialioji mokykla and Vilniaus ,,Atgajos" specialiosios mokyklos).
